Oak Tree House – Minoru Road at Blundell Ave., Richmond (1999-2002)

Seniorhome served as Development and Marketing Manager for this innovative 38 unit congregate housing facility for private non-profit rental operation, sponsored by a temple organization through its Hong Kong based parent society, Canada Shin Yat Tong Moral Society.  Our mandate covered:

• The initial land purchase and feasibility study stage through design team selection;
• Design development;
• Municipal approvals:
• Contract tendering;
• Program design;
• Staff recruitment and development; and
• Contract negotiations for the marketing and operation of the completed facility.
