Gardens at West Highlands

Seniorhome was commissioned by an investor group to investigate and report on the status of a failing condo titled Supported Independent Living project in a mid-sized Alberta city.  Our work encompassed an assessment of the project’s market area and competitive sites, and interviews with investment partners, development and marketing managers and operational staff, as well as with residents.  We reported with recommendations and a proposed budget for repositioning the project in its local market, and achieving its sustainable full occupancy.
