Pat Frewer B.Comm. LL.B., President
Pat Frewer established SH in 1994, to focus his real estate development, financing and marketing expertise on the seniors’ housing sector. He has assisted a variety of developers, owners, operators and government authorities, as well as many seniors and their families. Pat’s work is always undertaken with a view to ensuring that a range of flexible, cost effective and innovative housing and service programs is made available to seniors through the early retirement phase and the later years of their aging process.
Mr. Frewer serves as Chair of the Board and as Marketing Director for the Saint Margaret of Scotland Abbeyfield Society in Burnaby, and he represents the provincial chapter of Abbeyfield Canada for the 26 Abbeyfield societies in this province. His other community service affiliations include the founding of the Seniors Participating with Youth (“SPY”) project, through which Delta’s seniors and youth come together for social, educational and community service events and fellowship.
Leah Albrecht B.A., M.B.A.
Leah applies her experience in finance, project management and administration as a Seniorhome Associate. Leah's strong communication, organization and computer skills are put to use in liaising with clients, desktop publishing, research and report development.
Kevin Lavery
Kevin provides his computer technology skills to the extraction and manipulation of data from Seniorhome’s customized demographic database.
Matt Housser
As a third year engineering student at Simon Fraser University, Matt takes on ad hoc and part time assignments to assist Seniorhome in its market research and web-site administration.
